I am receiving an authentication failure error when logging into the VPN service

If you are experiencing issues with logging into our VPN Client, please confirm you've entered your North Networking VPN username and password correctly.


Your username will be available in your Client Area under "Services" -> Virtual Private Network. If you have lost your password, please navigate to your VPN service and change your password. You will only receive an authentication failure message when there is an actual authentication failure with our server. This is not a connection issue to the server.
